What we store, and for how long
CourtConnect is built to need as little information as possible. There are no accounts, and a session is deleted automatically about a day after it was last used. This page explains exactly what is collected, why, and the choices you have.
Effective October 4, 2026.
Who we are
CourtConnect (courtconnectph.com) is a free pickleball open play manager, built and maintained by an organizer in the Philippines. You can reach us through our Facebook page.
Information you enter
To run a session, the organizer types in player names and, optionally, a session name, a venue, court names, skill levels or DUPR ratings, and match scores. That is all CourtConnect asks for. We never ask for email addresses, phone numbers, passwords or payment details.
- How long it is kept: session data is stored so it survives page refreshes, dropped connections and moving to another device. It expires and is deleted automatically about 24 hours after the session was last changed.
- Where it is kept: on our hosting and database providers, Vercel and Supabase. The database is located in Singapore.
- Who can see it: the organizer, and anyone the organizer gives the live view link or QR code to. The live view shows player names, matches, scores and standings, so only share it with your group.
- What we never do: build player profiles, link sessions together, or sell or share session data.
Anonymous usage statistics
To show how many sessions have been run with CourtConnect, we keep two kinds of anonymous counts that are not deleted after 24 hours:
- A record that a session was started, and whether it used DUPR mode.
- When an organizer ends a session, a short summary: how many players took part, how many matches were finished, how long the session ran, the number of courts and the game mode.
These records contain no player names, session names, venues, scores or anything else that identifies a person or group.
Cookies and browser storage
CourtConnect itself uses one cookie and a little browser storage, all of it needed for the app to work:
- Session cookie (
courtconnect): keeps you connected to your own session. It is HTTP-only, is not used for tracking, and expires after 24 hours. - Browser storage on your device remembers display preferences: light or dark mode, the tab you last opened, and notices you have dismissed. It never leaves your device and you can clear it in your browser settings at any time.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used, so we know what to improve. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
Advertising
CourtConnect may show ads served by Google AdSense to help keep the service free. When ads are shown:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.

Children
CourtConnect is a tool for organizers and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
- Ending or resetting a session removes it from your device straight away, and the stored copy expires within about 24 hours.
- If you would like a player's name removed from a session sooner, ask the organizer to remove the player, or contact us.
- You can block or delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings; the app will start a fresh session if you do.
Changes to this policy
If we change how CourtConnect handles data, we will update this page and its effective date. Notable changes also appear in the changelog.
